Over the past several years, the all-inclusive model has become less about all-you-can-drink booze and body shots and has started recognizing travelers’ desire for quality food, wine, wellness, and experiences that embrace local culture-and provide more of a sense of place than any “Italian” restaurant on a beach in Mexico ever could.
